Hilton Dallas/Rockwall Lakefront Hotel, Rockwall

My stay at the Hilton Lakefront in Rockwall was a mixed bag. On the plus side, the property is beautiful with excellent views and a fantastic pool area that made it feel like a resort getaway. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by service issues during a family wedding, which made it quite stressful. While the room had a stunning view and featured a terrace that rocked, the check-in hiccups and lack of communication regarding welcome bags really dampened our experience.

The staff's interactions were inconsistent, with some being friendly while others were rude. Additionally, dining options could use improvement, especially during peak times.
